IT Support Engineer

Role Purpose
This role is an extension of the IT-Support Engineer role. Its purpose is to recognize tenure and deeper responsibilities and to encompass Subject Matter Expertise (SME) within one of 5 fields (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Linux and Network).
A successful IT-Support Engineer will be a technical leader for internal teams, where confidence and expertise can be demonstrated and shared with teams to increase and support adoption of Google / Apple / Microsoft / Linux / Network services. An important part of the role will be to demonstrate confidence in recommending use cases of available Google / Apple / Microsoft / Linux / Network services that suit the customer / stakeholder requirements while providing stable, secure and scalable solutions.
